Why was this website created

Dear friends,

Since our return from Uganda and Tanzania in Feb 2020, I felt compassion for the people of Eastern Africa and I have a very strong yearning to bring as many people as possible to these 2 countries.

In Feb 2021 (during Covid), I decided to create this website and to organize a trip to Uganda & Tanzania and invite all my friends. This kept me in a “hope bubble” to introduce Uganda and Tanzania to many, many people.  Hope, these people would experience something they never could have imagined!

In Feb 2023, our group of 8 had a blast. Among us was our neighbour Doreen, 84 years old and her friend Marg, 73 years old. We all had a great time.

Now, I want to:

- Help others discover Africa.

- Help Jeff, our guide/driver in Tanzania to move forward in leaps and bounds with his own stretched LandCruiser (he was freelancer before). 

- Help Ivan, our guide/driver in Uganda propel forward in tourism.   

Buy your tour directly in Uganda & Tanzania and the cost of your tours will be 40-50% cheaper. Therefore, this money-saving will surely incite you to finally discover Africa.  This is why we were able to discover Africa in 2020 & 2023.

My commitment is to help you create your own itinerary and to share with you the meaningful experiences we had. Eliminate the middleman and consequently obtain the best quality/price. 

What is the catch?  NONE 

I just want to help others and most of all Jeff and Ivan.
