Ivan can buy your gorilla permits well in advance, book your hotels and help you with your itinerary. You do not have to pre-pay anything except your gorilla permits which should be purchased well in advance as they are very limited.

ITINERARY AT A GLANCE
Uganda is the only country in the world that can brag to have it all. Mountain gorillas, chimpanzees, Big Game & boat safaris that get up close to hippos.

This 9-day tour focused on the south-west part of Uganda. We started and exited via Kigali, Rwanda as this is much closer to the major National Parks of Uganda than Kampala, the capital of Uganda.

We now have a tremendously long checklist ticked off of wildlife viewing. We did primate treks which included chimpanzees and mountain gorillas, did a fantastic boat safari spotting hundreds of hippos, elephants and many other animals & birds. And not to forget, we encountered cultural experiences at a slow pace!

All in all this is a great itinerary to experience wildlife adventure and cultural encounters that could only be done in the Pearl of Africa, Uganda.
